Are these women real?

YES. Each and every lady on our database has had to visit our offices in the Former Soviet Union with her internal passport to proove her identity. These passports are used for travel throughout Russia and show proof of name, address, marital status and children. We keep in regular contact with all our girls and remove any that are no longer interested or cannot be contacted.

Why should I look for a Russian woman?

Russian women are not spoilt like their western counterparts and they do not have unrealistic expectations of life. All they are looking for is a faithful, loving gentleman who will treat them right and whom lives in a country with some economic stablity. They only want a good future. If you treat these women right they will give you their heart and soul.

Why are they looking for foreign men?

Don't let the beauty of our ladies put you off. The truth of the matter is most Russian men do not make good husbands. They drink too much, abuse their wives and often have mistresses. With the current economic climate in Russia they also cannot afford to raise families. All these women are looking for are good, decent men who will love them and be faithful and whom are able to provide a stable future for them. These women deserve at least that.

What about age difference?

I cannot recommend writing to women more than 10 to 15 years younger than you. Russian women in general don't have a problem with marrying older men but there is a limit gents. Be sensible. If you are older than her dad you are not likely to get a reply.

Why is your service not free?

The cost of running the Foreign Girl website and our offices in the Former Soviet Union is high and in order to maintain our high standards we must charge you minimum costs for our services. Our ladies are not charged a penny to use our services. Many cannot even afford a stamp to reply to letters let alone a computer with email. It is not fair to charge the ladies. After all it is us gents who are supposed to live in the rich western world. Guys, if you want to find a Russian wife you are going to have to pay for it at some stage.

Where do I start?

Ok so you've decided to use our service to find a Russian wife. You will need to register by either purchasing full membership or buying addresses in bulk and depositing funds in a mail forwarding account. Then you need to think carefully and write down what sort of woman you are looking for - everything from looks and size (maybe you prefer tall blondes or short brunettes) to religion and hobbies. Remember this is the lady you want to spend the rest of your life with. When you are happy with your profile go to our search engine and input the details. Our search engine will then display all the women that match your description. Pick up to 20 and write a short personalised introduction letter about a page (650 words) long to each of them and add a couple of photos. If all 20 reply positively you may want to shorten your list somemore as you will struggle to keep up regular correspondence with all of them.

How long does it take for a letter to be delivered?

If you use our e-mail forwarding service your letter will usually be delivered to the lady within a couple of days. It all depends on how the lady has arranged to receive her letters from her agent. Some ladies will go to the agency to pick them up and some prefer to have them mailed to them locally. How quickly a lady replies will depend on the amount of free time she has. Most will read the letter and reply within 24 hours. We try to translate and process all letters that we receive, whether it be to or from our ladies, within 24 hours. However we do not have any control over how quickly a lady will reply but in general you should receive a reply within 3 to 7 days.

How do I receive the reply?

If you used our e-mail forwarding service the reply will be automatically sent to the email address you registered with. This is providing that you have enough credit in your mail forwarding account. If you do not have enough credit in your account you will be sent a reminder to add credits. Once your account has sufficient credits your letter will be processed and emailed to you. To save delays in receiving letters please try to keep your account with sufficient credit to cover the costs of the reply.

I am ready to travel to Russia. What do I do next?

Firstly you will need to pick the city or cities that you want to visit and the ladies that live in or near these cities. I cannot recommend trying to visit more than about 2 cities in any one trip and then only if these cities are nearby. There will be visa problems if say you try to visit Gomel in Belarus, then on to St Petersburg in Russia and finally Odessa in Ukraine. Then there is the time constraint. It will take a days travelling to visit each of the aforementioned cities so with a week long trip you will spend half of it travelling and that is if there are no delays with transport. There are two ways to visit Russia. You can book everything yourself and travel privately to meet your lady, or you can book a tour through us or another reputable company. Privately will probably work out slightly cheaper but you will not get the round the clock support that our agents in Russia can give you. Of course we will do our best to help you but our priority must go to those that have booked through us. Can I get her a visa to visit me in the USA instead?

No. America, Western European countries and Australia are particularly strict with this. She will not be granted a visa until you have visited her in her home country first. This is the number 1 scam gents. If a Russian girl tells you she can get a visa to visit you report her to the website you met her on immediately and forget about her. She cannot get one.
