SCAMS
There are several types of scammers that you need to be aware about - the agency scam and the lone operator scam.
The agency scam involves websites that are setup solely to dupe you into believing that their women are real. They operate by either using stolen profiles from other reputable sites or photos of models that they have obtained. More often than not these are operated by married women or even men. They will reply to all your letters either personally or have a set of letters that they will send in reply to certain types of letters. At some stage they will ask you to pay to continue correspondence, either a small fee for every letter sent and replied to, or after 2 or 3 letters inform you that you must pay a hefty sum in order to carry on your correspondence. If it is the hefty sum then more often than not you will never hear from them again. These sites can be caught out by suggesting that you are going to visit the woman in question. They will soon stop corresponding. These sites will write exactly what you want to hear in each letter and fall madly in love with you after about the 2nd or 3rd letter.
The lone scammer will post a profile on the free to sign up sites as they do not check any of their applicants. I stress these free sites are not the scammers, it is some of the applicants that join them. There are some genuine women registered on these sites. Your correspondance with these scammers will follow a simple format - very shortly after you make contact you will be fed some cock and bull story about your lady having a really hard life and they need money for one reason or another. It might be that one of their relatives is ill or they need to finish their education quickly so that they can be with you or maybe they need $2000 to get a visa (visa scams are the most popular) to come and visit you in America. You get the general idea. Fact - the embassy WILL NOT issue a visa without you having visited these women first. Whatever you do gents don't send these women any money. I cannot stress enough, if you don't send any money you cannot be scammed. If you have not met the woman first DO NOT SEND HER MONEY. That rule applies to just about every woman on every dating site.
Letters sent through my Foreign Girl Agency to any of our ladies are checked by our agents in the Former Soviet Union for signs of scamming before delivery. It is very difficult for one of our girls to scam a client. If you communicate with one of our girls through normal post or private email and suspect her of being a scammer or she asks you for money please notify me immediately at office@foreign-girl.com and the lady in question will be immediately removed from our database while we investigate the situation. If the situation warrants it she will be permanently removed and I will give you a free replacement address.
Blacklist
Here I will name and shame any site found to be stealing our profiles or suspected of scamming. If you have any details I can add here please feel free to mail me at office@foreign-girl.com . It is these dishonest sites that give us honest ones a bad name and i'm sick to death of it. People even have the cheek to write to us and tell us that we are the scammer site stealing other peoples profiles. Trust me gents THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN. I run a genuine, honest agency and it is those principles that we have built our reputation on. I must also stress that our ladies who have been caught up in these scams play no part in the scam whatsoever. Many of which don't even speak English or have access to a computer, except via our agency. They are completely innocent. It is OUR ladies reputations that are being tainted and this I will not stand for.

www.weblovefinder.com - Stolen profiles with false names.
www.beautiful-russian-brides.net - More stolen profiles. They are aware of the problem but refuse to do anything about it.
www.foreignbrides.ru - Stolen profiles. They are aware of the problem but are doing nothing about it.
www.loveme.com - We have found some of our profiles with false details on the mighty Foreign Affair website. They obviously don't check the details of their applicants. If you use this site be very very careful.
